HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles including Full-timers, Part-timers, Management Trainees, and Network Marketers.
• Achieve a monthly target of 15 new hires.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through online and offline channels.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and update the HR database regularly.
• Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, employee engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan manpower requirements.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong recruitment and coordination abilities.
• Ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, HR tools).

Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred (freshers with strong interest in HR may apply).

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
