Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles including Full-timers, Part-timers, Management Trainees, and Network Marketers.
- Achieve a monthly target of 15 new hires.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through online and offline channels.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and update the HR database regularly.
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, employee engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan manpower requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and coordination abilities.
- Ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, HR tools).
Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred (freshers with strong interest in HR may apply).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
