Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements for various departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels (entry, mid, senior).
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up on offers, negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Participate in career fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards.

Job Type: Full-time
