WE ARE HIRING FOR THE ROLE : HR GENERALIST

LOCATION : SAIDAPET

SALARY RANGE : 20K-25K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Conduct employee induction, engagement activities, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits and policy implementation.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
