About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive who will be responsible for handling contract labour management and ensuring statutory compliances as per labour laws and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor contract labour workforce in coordination with contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws (CLRA, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns related to contract labour.
- Conduct periodic audits of contractors' compliance.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for inspections, renewals, and submissions.
- Support in policy implementation and compliance-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to contract labour & compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Law, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in contract labour management and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance procedures.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with contractors and internal teams effectively.
