About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive who will be responsible for handling contract labour management and ensuring statutory compliances as per labour laws and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor contract labour workforce in coordination with contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws (CLRA, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns related to contract labour.
  • Conduct periodic audits of contractors' compliance.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for inspections, renewals, and submissions.
  • Support in policy implementation and compliance-related documentation.
  • Handle employee queries related to contract labour & compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Law, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in contract labour management and statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance procedures.
  • Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with contractors and internal teams effectively.
  • Preferance Male Candidate
