About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial product leader to drive our Cybersecurity GTM Office. This role blends market-facing product leadership with internal collaboration to shape value-driven learning pathways, solution bundles, and business outcomes across cybersecurity offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Building & Packaging

  • Develop bundled cybersecurity talent solutions (L1–L3) mapped to industry roles.
  • Lead product discovery and design roadmaps based on client needs and market gaps.

GTM Strategy & Execution

  • Define GTM narratives, pricing, and sales playbooks.
  • Partner with sales and business leaders to co-create pitches and close enterprise deals.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage CISOs, L&D heads, and delivery leaders to assess needs and propose talent progression roadmaps.

Internal Collaboration

  • Align cross-functional teams (University, Digital, Foundation, Enterprise Delivery) for unified offerings.
  • Maintain solution templates, case studies, and engagement toolkits.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years' experience in product management or GTM roles (preferably in EdTech, B2B SaaS, IT services, or cybersecurity).
  • Proven success in building or launching revenue-generating learning or product solutions.
  • Strong collaboration with sales and enterprise clients; ability to craft impactful proposals.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity learning frameworks and certifications is a plus.
  • Excellent storytelling, consultative, and stakeholder management skills.

Success Metrics

  • 3–5 enterprise engagements shaped using GTM toolkits.
  • Launch of signature cybersecurity learning solutions (e.g., IDAM, SOC, Infra).
  • Proven sales enablement impact: higher conversions, deal size, and cross-unit synergy.
  • Recognition as a trusted, problem-solving partner by business units.
