Position:JUNIOR FINANCER & AUDITOR.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 02 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit support.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial software.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn financial systems and processes.

Financial Analysis:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to assist in preparing management reports and insights.
  • Support senior team members in identifying financial trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in compiling data for annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and highlight variances for review by senior analysts or managers.

3. Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare basic financial statements, reconciliations, and monthly reports under supervision.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by maintaining proper documentation.

4. Risk & Compliance Support:

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Support the finance team in identifying basic financial risks and maintaining internal control checklists.

5. Investment & Cost Analysis:

  • Conduct preliminary research and data gathering for investment or cost-benefit analyses.
  • Prepare summary reports on financial findings for senior review.

6. Financial Planning Support:

  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for strategic and financial planning discussions.
  • Support data modelling and scenario analysis under the guidance of senior finance professionals.

7. Auditing Support:

  • Support internal and external audit processes by organising and providing requested financial documents.
  • Participate in reviewing compliance checklists and implementing approved audit recommendations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain accuracy levels of 95%+ in data entries and financial reports.
  • Complete assigned tasks and reports within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to company financial procedures and reporting standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to senior finance and audit teams.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement in financial knowledge, tools, and processes.
