**Job Title: Human Resources Intern**
**Location:** Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
**Duration:** 6 Months

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Assist in Recruitment:**   - Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.   - Maintain candidate databases and assist in candidate communication.
2. **Onboarding and Offboarding:**   - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions.   - Assist in the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and managing related documentation.
3. **HR Administration:**   - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.   - Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documents.
4. **Employee Engagement:**   - Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.   - Contribute ideas for fostering a positive work environment.
5. **Learning and Development:**   - Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.   - Collaborate with the HR team to identify learning needs within the organization.
6. **Policy and Compliance:**   - Stay updated on HR laws and regulations.   - Support in the implementation and communication of HR policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
