About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance monitoring, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new joiners by preparing documentation and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee data, and internal trackers.
  • Assist in drafting HR emails, notices, and policy communication.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Help in monitoring attendance, leave management, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR processes.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Support the HR team in any additional tasks or projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
