Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world recruitment processes in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist in conducting telephonic or preliminary HR screening rounds
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
  • Support HR team in onboarding new joiners
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings on various job portals
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn HR operations

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related fields
  • Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
  • Immediate joiners preferred
