Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
  • Oversees daily operations of end-to-end multi-channel campaign creation and execution, supporting and mentoring their team throughout the process. Tracks and escalates project issues and risks as appropriate.
  • Supports build of complex, multi-channel campaigns across ACC, AJO, and AEP. Will be expected to understand the flow of data between multiple systems and ensure accurate targeting for deployments
  • Continually iterate on, enforce, and socialize the QA and peer review process for all campaigns, partnering with QA teams where applicable
  • Enable change management by supporting and operationalizing roll out of new technology and operational process changes. Ensures operational plans are in line with business objectives.
  • Define and report on key metrics to measure operational and campaign effectiveness. Will be expected to socialize reports to leadership and ensure tight communication across teams
  • Will partner with Comcast HQ team lead on a regular basis to foster collaboration across teams, enabling round the clock campaign production
  • Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives.
  • Contributes to functional strategy development.
  • Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstratable advanced working experience with Adobe Campaign, AJO, and AEP.
  • Previous experience leading a high performing team is required
  • Must be able to understand and interpret complex workflows and assist with builds on a daily basis.
