Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TAC (Technical Assistance Center) Engineer based in Chennai. The TAC Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, managing network administration tasks, and ensuring network security. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical problems, assisting clients with network-related issues, and collaborating with the engineering team to optimize network performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Network Security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
