About the Role
:

We are looking for a passionate operations specialist who will own destination delivery operations for our customers. This role will require coordination with US based vendor partners who manage deliveries for IN based exporters across the US. The person will work with internal stakeholders as well as external vendor partners to manage last mile destination delivery operations and procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with delivery partners and scheduling last mile deliveries
  • Tracking deliveries and ensuring that any last-minute challenges are addressed immediately.
  • Exploring network solutions to considering current and potential volumes across lanes
  • Helping us develop new partner network and carrier wise performance assessment.
  • Procuring commercials with current and potential vendors.
  • Driving daily execution basis SOPs and updating current SOPs to improve operational performance.

What are we looking for?

  • Educational qualification:
    Graduation is must. MBA is preferred.
  • Professional qualification:
    1+ years of work experience will be preferred
  • Ownership:
    High degree of ownership and be able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Vendor relationship:
    Must be able to drive a strong working relationship with key vendors
  • Candidate must be willing to work basis US time zone, 4 PM to 3 AM IST, including commute
  • Candidate needs to report to office for 5 days a week and be available for first half of workday in office. Next half of the day can be managed from home
  • Candidate should be well versed with data-based decision making and must have an eye for details
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills
