Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Travel Operations Specialist. The role entails managing travel arrangements for clients, coordinating itineraries, and offering seamless travel management for luxury vacations, honeymoons, and business trips. The specialist will handle customer service, engage in effective communication with clients and vendors, and ensure a personalized travel experience. Collaborating with teams and maintaining excellent service standards are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including planning and organizing itineraries for leisure and business trips
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide personalized and high-quality support to travelers
  • Experience with Business Travel services and managing corporate accounts
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury travel environment
  • Proficiency in relevant travel management tools and software is a plus
  • Degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred
