We are seeking a proactive and analytical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing product lifecycles, understanding customer needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and post-launch improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and priorities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve product positioning.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs to measure success and guide future improvements.
  • Develop product roadmaps and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Translate customer feedback and business needs into actionable product features.
  • Ensure timely product delivery and alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, or Productboard is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS / Tech / Product-based companies.
  • Exposure to user research, A/B testing, and product analytics tools.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
