Customer Support – Insurance Process

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs.
- Advise on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products.
- Achieve daily targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; no MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors.
- Additional knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati) is a plus.
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day shift for female employees up to 8 PM; rotational shifts for male employees).
- 6-day workweek.
Compensation:
- Up to ₹25,000 CTC for freshers.
- Up to ₹35,000 CTC for experienced candidates (based on last drawn salary).
- Interview Mode: Face-to-face at the Pune office.
