Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to understand their insurance needs.
  • Advise on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products.
  • Achieve daily targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; no MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors.
  • Additional knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati) is a plus.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
  • Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day shift for female employees up to 8 PM; rotational shifts for male employees).
  • 6-day workweek.

Compensation:

  • Up to ₹25,000 CTC for freshers.
  • Up to ₹35,000 CTC for experienced candidates (based on last drawn salary).
  • Interview Mode: Face-to-face at the Pune office.
