Team Lead Health Claims CRM

Position Description

You are the voice of calm in the chaos.

 As the Team Lead – CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for Health Claims, you ensure every concern is met with clarity, urgency, and empathy. You bridge the gap between internal teams and external partners, owning both the issue and the resolution with strategic insight and operational finesse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring

     Guide and monitor CRM users to ensure they meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

     Conduct meetings with PAN India partners, clients, and sales teams to understand issues and gather insights for resolution.
  • Grievance Management

     Implement process improvement techniques to reduce complaints, escalations, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Gap Identification & Resolution

     Identify systemic gaps and coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive timely fixes.
  • Audit & Quality Feedback

     Conduct regular audits and provide performance feedback to CRM team members for continuous improvement.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, client relationship, or health claims CRM role

Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Core Competencies: Communication, Assertiveness and Proactiveness

Education required: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
