Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Rudrapur for a Branch Sales Manager. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee branch operations, lead the sales team to achieve targets, and establish strong customer relationships. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining performance metrics, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Additionally, the manager will monitor market trends, generate leads, and foster partnerships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven team leadership, sales management, and target achievement skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of housing finance industry trends and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in financial services or banking roles is advantageous
