Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Dispatcher, located in Rudrapur. The Senior Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily dispatching activities. The role includes assigning and managing tasks to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, monitoring performance metrics, addressing any operational issues, and liaising with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations. The Senior Dispatcher will also be involved in developing and implementing dispatch strategies and procedures to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating and managing dispatch operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive and Cable industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
