Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Production Manager based on-site in Rudrapur. The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and supervise the production team. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, maintaining production equipment, solving production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in overseeing production processes and managing schedules
  • Strong understanding of quality control and safety regulations
  • Must be from Cable Manufacturing background
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments and supervise production teams
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and maintaining production equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
