Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rudrapur for a Senior Logistics Specialist. The Senior Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing supply chain processes, handling export and import logistics, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow. Daily tasks include analyzing logistical data, improving supply chain efficiency, and maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for logistical data analysis
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and Export operations
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
