Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate based in Hyderabad.

The Senior Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales growth, identifying potential clients, and promoting GK Education Loans' services. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable loan solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, following up on leads, supporting loan applications, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and finance to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.

  • QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently and work independently
  • Experience in financial services or the education sector is an advantage
