
Inside Sales Associate

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Presenting Value Proposition: Effectively demonstrate the benefits of WhiteCoats'offerings, including cloud/SAAS-based technology products and services, to medical practitioners, doctor groups, and hospitals.
• Lead Management: Execute and track the inside sales process, ensuring all leads are nurtured towards successful outcomes and targets.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales activity reports and progress updates every week.
• Sales Processes: Utilize appropriate sales processes and CRM tools (such as Zohosuite) to enhance trackability, productivity, and accountability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive sales outcomes and align them with marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1+ years (for Associate; 4+ years for Senior Associate) of experience in inside sales for SAAS-based products and services, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Sales Expertise: In-depth experience with the end-to-end inside sales process,including collaborating with Marketing teams to pursue leads generated through campaigns and other channels.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients.
• Work Ethic: A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapidly changing requirements.
• Sales Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Desired Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate degree.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding Solutions for doctors and hospitals is an added advantage Startup Experience: A successful sales track record with healthcare startups in India is highly desirable.
