About the Role

We're looking for an
Inside Sales Associate
who's hungry to learn, ready to hustle, and excited to dive into
 
B2C
global business development.
This isn't a coffee-fetching role, you'll be making real calls, building relationships with international businesses, and learning firsthand how revenue is created and scaled in a startup environment.

Job Description

  • Drive cold-calling efforts with high-intent B2C leads and book meaningful conversations
  • Support the business development team with lead qualification and timely follow-ups
  • Research market trends and share insights that sharpen our growth strategies
  • Keep our CRM accurate and up to date
  • Contribute ideas and support special projects with the team

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's/Master's graduate, eager for hands-on sales experience
  • Strong English communication skills; confident speaking with international clients
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thinks on their feet
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup culture

The role starts off as remote but will shift to an on-site position as we scale. You'll be working in EST time zone hours, partnering with international clients and gaining true global exposure.
