We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, handling inquiries related to diagnostic services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries related to diagnostic services, products, and processes.
  • Provide accurate information regarding test procedures, results, pricing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist customers in understanding the diagnostic services offered, helping them select appropriate tests.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, sales) to address any customer issues or requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Follow up with laboratories to ensure the timely completion of their diagnostic services and that they are satisfied with the process.
  • Stay updated with the latest diagnostic services, products, and company policies.
  • Compliance with all company procedures, privacy standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles (preferably in healthcare or diagnostics).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic, patient, and attentive to customer needs.
  • Basic knowledge of diagnostic procedures or medical terminology is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with various customer service tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare-related fields is an advantage.
