Customer Relations Intern
to be the voice of the brand across inbound queries, outbound follow-ups, and customer delight.


What You'll Do

  • Handle
    inbound and outbound calls & WhatsApp queries
    with empathy and clarity
  • Convert leads into bookings for
    consultations, therapies, and detox programs
  • Send
    smart follow-ups and personalized messages
    based on playbooks and rules
  • Maintain call logs, lead status, and track daily performance metrics
  • Ensure
    high responsiveness and quality of communication
    across all touchpoints
  • Gather
    customer feedback and reviews
    , and escalate concerns when needed
  • Work directly with
    the founders
    and learn how to build brand trust from the ground up


What You Should Bring

  • Fluency in
    English, Hindi, and Kannada
    (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills — polite, persuasive, and proactive
  • Willingness to
    learn about Ayurveda and healthcare
    systems
  • Comfort with
    Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools
    , and AI tools for drafting smart responses
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to
    work during peak patient hours
  • A passion for
    helping people and making their journey smooth

  • Have prior experience in sales, hospitality, or clinic-based customer roles
  • Are interested in pursuing a career in
    healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda
  • Can suggest process improvements and customer experience ideas proactively
