Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Indore. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's Accounts and financial operations, including budget preparation, financial planning, and analysis, Balance sheet, Cost centre control etc.

Key tasks include managing financial reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, implementing cost-saving strategies, and monitoring cash flow.

The role involves working closely with various departments to provide financial insights that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting ,Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Cash Flow Management
  • Expertise in Financial Reporting, Cost Analysis, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Proficiency in Accounting, Taxation, and Audit Processes
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Team Management Skills
  • Proficiency in Accounts and financial software tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the agriculture, food processing, or related industries is advantageous
