  • Handle day-to-day financial operations such as invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable during night shift hours.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer ledgers regularly.
  • Prepare daily and monthly financial summaries and reports.
  • Support US/UK accounting operations (if applicable) and ensure timely data entry.
  • Verify and record transactions accurately in the accounting system (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP software).
  • Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
  • Communicate with international clients or teams for financial updates and clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with the day-shift finance team for report handovers and reconciliations.

Finance Executive (Night Shift) – Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation (as per company scope).
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night hours.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills (especially for cross-time-zone interaction).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA-Finance).
  • Prior experience in night shift finance or international process preferred.
