Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Operation Officer located in Indore. The Operation Officer will oversee daily operations management tasks, ensuring procedural compliance and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation, streamlining communication between departments, analyzing operational data, and supporting financial and administrative activities to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and organizational practices for smooth process management
  • Analytical skills to assess and interpret data for improving operational strategies
  • Basic understanding of Finance principles and practices relevant to operational roles
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in operations or related fields is an advantage
