Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Operations Manager based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for daily operations management, planning and executing events, liaising with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role involves developing and managing event budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless communication and logistics throughout the event planning and execution phases.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management and Event Planning skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management for events
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in the events industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
