**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams for corporate and social events.
- Understand client objectives, prepare detailed briefs, and ensure all deliverables are aligned.
- Coordinate with creative, production, logistics, and vendor teams to execute event plans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and event timelines.
- Manage on-ground execution of events and ensure adherence to quality and branding.
- Handle client feedback and post-event reports.
- Support business development and repeat client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or event coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in an event agency or similar client-facing role.
- Familiarity with event production and vendor management.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,760.91 - ₹39,280.30 per month
