Job Title: Jr. BDE

Experience: 1 year in sales within construction product manufacturing

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and meet potential clients, including contractors, distributors, and procurement heads.
- Promote FRP products (manhole covers, cable trays, rebars, fencing) with technical knowledge.
- Assist with quotations, order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation.
- Support vendor registrations and government or institutional product approvals.
- Conduct daily field visits and generate lead reports.
- Maintain CRM records and submit visit reports and sales updates.
- Participate in product demos, expos, and business development events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in construction product manufacturing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Mandatory: Candidate must own a laptop, a two-wheeler/four-wheeler, and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email for reporting.
