Counsellor (Healthcare)

**JD Jr. Business development Executive/Counsellor**

We are searching for a skilled Jr. BDE/Counsellor to help provide direction and support to all our patients. You will be responsible for consulting with patients and determining their needs, developing plans, coordinating with Doctors. Your duties will also include listening to clients, asking necessary questions, and developing effective strategies to improve their lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, or provide reminders about upcoming appointments.
- Handling incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including contact information, appointment details, and any relevant notes or updates.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as the front desk, staff, or billing department, to ensure smooth patient flow and resolve any issues or concern.
- Following established protocols and guidelines for clients confidentiality and data protection.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing clients concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Keeping detailed records of all patient interactions and any relevant information for future reference or reporting purposes.
- You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly patient walk-in into the centre.
- Handling calls and scheduling daily appointments.
- Provide complete patient care using individual or group efforts
- Conducting client screening
- Providing individual assessment and initial treatment plan
- Make documentation very clearly for next level interaction with patient
- You shall make productive calls to give the detail information related to the query.
- Involving with the OPD process and post consulting interaction with the patient
- Ensuring Proper handling of all queries with the entry into the Zoho software.
- Effective face to face counselling.
- Proper coordination and follow up with the patient for their visit according to their appointment.
- Providing technical training to the team to update skills and team productivity.
- Looking over all smooth execution of patient service.
- Conducting client screening
- Assess patients through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate Treatments.
- Check-in on the patient regularly and evaluate and document their progress.
- Consult and collaborate with other health care providers and specialists to set up patient appointments and treatment plans.
- Involving with the OPD process and post consulting interaction with the patient
- Ensuring Proper handling of all queries with the entry into the Zoho software
- Effective face to face counselling
- Proper coordination and follow up with the patient for their visit according to their appointment.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or counselling.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in sales.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to empathize with clients and help them open up.
- Good time management skills.
- Proven experience in developing effective plans.
