You will be working as an Executive - Billing Engineer - Civil / Services for Adani Realty, the real estate arm of Adani Group, a diversified organisation in India. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position: **Responsibilities:** - Provide necessary inputs for cost estimation and forecasting, including work done, certified works, and balance works as per GFC drawings. - Ensure compliance with contract conditions in all contracting processes and assist in rate analysis of extra items. - Verify contractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms. - Study drawings, prepare quantity take-off, and assess work progress against BOQs and contract terms for billing. - Verify project bills against relevant documents and prepare monthly reconciliation statements for materials. **Qualifications:** - Educational Qualification: B. E or B. Tech in Civil Engineering. - Work Experience: 10 years in Quantity Surveying within real estate, infrastructure, or construction services. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including Business Heads, Project Team, Consultants/Architects, and Contractors to ensure project delivery within defined budgets and timelines. Your role will be crucial in optimizing budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting for the projects.,
