Deputy Housekeeper

We are looking for a skilled Deputy Housekeeper to join our team at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet guest requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies usage, inventory management, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Deputy Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize responsibilities.
