Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee existing and upcoming facilities across multiple sites.
  • Handle end-to-end operations of Guest House, Canteen, Hostels, pantry services, events, and board meetings.
  • Budget preparation, MIS reporting, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Supervise housekeeping, catering, and facility operations.
  • Implement process improvements and explore best industry practices.
  • Travel to sites to maintain readiness and operational standards.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate with 3-year Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or Applied Nutrition.
  • 15–25 years of experience in Hospitality/Facility Management/Administration, preferably in power or mining sectors.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Contract & Remuneration:

  • Contractual position (2 years, extendable).
  • Consolidated remuneration: Negotiable.
  • Transport facility provided; travel allowance as applicable.
