Job Title: Site Engineer - Residential High-Rise Buildings (Mivan Experience)

Location: CHENNAI (perumbakkam)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution & finishing related works of residential high-rise building projects. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site. Your expertise in Mivan formwork technology will be instrumental in achieving project timelines and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met and compliance with safety regulations is maintained.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site records.
  • Monitor material usage and inventory to ensure timely procurement and minimize wastage.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to address design changes and provide technical support as needed.
  • Implement Mivan formwork techniques efficiently to optimize construction processes and reduce project timelines.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in residential high-rise building projects.
  • Proven experience with Mivan formwork technology is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
