Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive business growth.
- Convert leads into paying customers by upselling existing products or services, resulting in increased revenue generation.
- Manage a pipeline of deals from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving targets in an inside sales role, including deal closure rates and revenue generation metrics.
- Strong skills in cold calling, telesales, outbound sales, renewals, upselling, and deal closure processes.
