About Us

We are building a high-growth demand vertical to sell refurbished/renewed like-new consumer electronics across South India to potential buyers. Our mission is to make quality refurbished consumer electronics accessible, reliable, and exciting for the market.

This role is for someone who can 
create market pull
, open new channels, and build strong relationships in the retail & distribution ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development:
     Identify, onboard, and manage retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers for refurbished consumer electronics
  • Channel Expansion:
     Explore and develop new sales channels (offline & online) to increase product reach.
  • Vendor Scouting:
     Build and maintain a database of trusted buyers, dealers, and potential channel partners.
  • Demand Creation:
     Drive product visibility and excitement through promotions, market activations, and retailer engagement.
  • Relationship Management:
     Maintain strong connections with channel partners to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Sales Execution:
     Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving volume and revenue growth.
  • Market Intelligence:
     Gather and share insights on competitor activity, customer needs, and pricing trends.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum experience of 3-5
     years in 
    retail/distributor sales
    , preferably in consumer electronics or appliances.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong network in South India retail and distribution ecosystem for second-hand/refurbished electronics

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Hustler mindset – self-driven, persistent, and target-focused

  • Willing to travel across different cities and states

  • Good knowledge of online and offline demand creation channels and vendor sourcing.
