We are seeking an experienced and dynamic resource to join our organization as our Sr. Executive- Liaison. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in delivering exceptional communication to strengthen and utilise our relationship with local authorities, environmental bodies, and municipal corporations for project planning, development, and execution. You'll ensure seamless communication, prompt resolutions and deep knowledge about latest regulations, policies, and industry trends to create unmatchable credibility and trust among stakeholders.

As Sr. Executive Liaison, you will be responsible for:

  • To liaison with the government authorities and other statutory bodies to comply with rules and regulations for smooth execution of the projects.
  • Coordination with all concerned Consultants such as Liaison Architect, Licensed Plumbers, Government Engineers, Various Consultants, Lawyers, Management, etc. for compliances required from Submission of Proposal till issue of IOD, Amended Approval, Commencement Certificate, Further Commencement Certificate, Full Occupancy Certificate & Building Completion Certificate and ensure that they comply with the stipulated requirements.
  • Coordination with various departments of MCGM such as maintenance, garden, PCO, SWD, SWM, etc.
  • Coordination with various depts. of Revenue such as Talathi, Tahsildar, SLR, City Survey, Collector, SDO, Dy. SLR.
  • Scrutiny of all building plans and to work in close coordination with the Design team to ensure drawing & scheme compliance
  • Preparation of applications for all permissions along with the necessary documentation required, along with predetermined process plans, budgets & timelines
  • To maintain an awareness of developments in the field that might affect the company and prepare reports on relevant matters for consideration by management
  • To perform all the calculations and to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Planning for all permissions required during the entire project cycle with complete compliances, and fund requirements for the same in coordination with engineering dept. for preemptive action
  • Provide management with regular updates on change in rules and regulations
  • Timely redressal of all complaints received from all Government Dept.
  • Ensure that tasks are tracked on Far Vision. Prepare and maintain Liaison MIS and SOPs
  • Business Development Due Diligence of any new project requisition and Feasibility reports of the same.

Core Requirements

  • Graduate/Undergraduate from a reputed organisation with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience.
  • Advanced computer knowledge (M.S. Excel / PowerPoint / Word).
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Well versed in Auto DCR calculations and land revenue matters.
  • Conversant with Marathi Language.
  • Demonstrable presentation skills.
