Urgently required GM /VP - Liaison For Back Office Liasoning for well-known Real-Estate Developer company located at Sion. Mumbai.

  1. Job Description: Liaisoning support for projects Land Parcels, Society Redevelopment.

  2. Age: 38+ years.

  3. Profile:

Good knowledge of coordination with the authorities. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills. Should have the knowledge of DC regulations, latest norms for MCGM, MMRDA, MHADA, Collectors office and Mantralaya.

  1. Experience: 12+ years, preferably worked for more than 2+ years in the same capacity.

  2. Responsibility:

a. Obtain the required approvals for Land procurement, project execution, etc.

b. Approval preparation for the approvals related to the Govt. Dept. like Forest, Mantralaya, MCGM, Collector Office, Revenue Departments.

c. Support Liaisoning with the Government departments for obtaining approvals civil projects such as:-

i) M.C.G.M. Co-ordination with Liaison Architect for obtaining approvals like I.O.D, C.C, O.C etc. from Building Proposal.

ii) To get the remarks and completion certificate from various departments such as S.W.D, Road, street light, tree NOC, Tree cutting, civil aviation, Civil Aviation N.O.C from the Airport Authority, Demarcation of various reservations, handling over of road setback/ reservation to the respective Ward Office, Levying of Assessment Tax on Land/at the time of House Tax, Nallah remarks/ Nallah covering permission, Collectors Office – N.A permisiion, Sub-division Approval, Area correction, City Survey Office-Demarcation of plot boundary/reservation, Transfer of Ownership, Sub-division/ separate P.R.C, Joint measurement with D.P department, Ownership documents like P.R.C, K.J.P Extract and True Extract.
