Role Description

Qualitas Global is hiring a Management Trainee for our Sales, Business Development & Client Servicing Team

This is a
full-time role
starting as a
Management Trainee / Management Intern
, with clear opportunities for growth and promotion based on performance, learning agility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through professional communication via email and LinkedIn.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and schedule meetings.
  • Follow up diligently with prospects and address inquiries from potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to drive sales.
  • Assist in market research,
    analyzing market trends
    and maintaining client relations.
  • Will also support senior management in strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives and
    preparing sales reports.
  • Stay updated on Qualitas Global's products, services, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

  • Excellent written and spoken English
    with impeccable grammar. (Please do not apply if English is not your strong point.)
  • Quick learner
    with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive thinker
    with the ability to propose, discuss, and implement new ideas.

Stipend:
Between Rs 12,000/- to Rs 15,000/- for the first 3 months.
Between Rs 15,000/- to Rs 18,000/- for the next 3 months. Salary as per performance from 6 months onwards.
