Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist's responsibilities include managing the drafting and submission of tenders, conducting market research, analyzing procurement opportunities, and creating compelling proposals. The role requires close coordination with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders while adhering to company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tender Management, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess bidding opportunities and evaluate project requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and presentations
  • Experience in Proposal Writing and creating persuasive, professional documentation
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes and vendor management
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the construction or engineering sector is considered an advantage
