Role & responsibilities

To connect with prospective students and parents, provide accurate programme information, and drive conversions from lead to completing the application through effective communication and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management and Follow-up

  • Contact and engage with leads generated through outreach, digital platforms, organics and walkins.
  • Record and update all interactions accurately on CRM.
  • Make multiple follow-up calls and send reminder messages/emails to encourage application initiation and completion.

2. Information Sharing and Conversion Support

  • Share key details on RVU programmes, USPs, eligibility, and application procedures.
  • Support applicants in filling forms and paying the application fee.
  • Call for participation in open houses, as and when scheduled.

3. Admission Stage Follow-ups

  • Follow up on offer letter acceptance, registration fee, and instalment payments.
  • After Class 12 (or equivalent) results, coordinate with students and parents for submission of original documents and completion of admission formalities.

4. Withdrawal Assistance

  • Handle basic withdrawal-related queries and ensure collection of required documents in line with RVUs refund policy.

Preferred candidate profile:

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an advantage.
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Target-driven and comfortable handling high call volumes.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy in documentation.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
