Location: Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, KolkataExperience Required: Min. 1 year experience into B2B Partnership
About the RoleWe are seeking dynamic & result-driven Campus Relationship partner. You will be responsible for promoting HDFC Life Sales Internship program & ensuring lead to conversion for attracting Sales Internship with Campus partners. This role requires travel to campuses across specified zones and develop a strong TPO network. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving program adoption, and expanding our presence in the colleges.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage colleges who will benefit from HDFC Life Internship program
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with TPOs , Directors
Sales & Revenue Generation: Promote HDFC Life Internship program, build a interested student pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed enrolment / hiring targets
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities in this space to drive enrolment targets

Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 1 year of Sales experience (B2B/B2C); EdTech sales exposure will be preferred
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across India
- Ability to manage end to end lead to conversion cycle
