About Us
Mini Flow Pumps is a manufacturer of precision dosing pumps for industries like water treatment, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. We are expanding our sales team to increase market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build client relationships in the Delhi NCR region.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend dosing pump solutions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain sales reports and share market insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 0–2 years of B2B/industrial sales experience (freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel within Delhi NCR.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives on performance
