Salary: Based on Experience
Probation Period: 3 Months

- Responsibilities:Proposal Creation: Develop and present tailored proposals to clients.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide team leads to meet business goals.
- Conversion Management: Achieve 20% monthly conversion rate.
- Lead Data Management: Oversee and maintain accurate lead data in CRM.
- Client Relations: Manage client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- CRM Expertise: Utilize CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report sales and conversion performance.
- Skills:Strong leadership and communication.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Digital marketing knowledge.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and client management.
