What You'll Do:
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team at AppXcelerate, you will be responsible for driving hiring efforts for a designated business area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract talent using a variety of sourcing methods including social platforms, professional networks, and other online channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates to meet hiring demands and achieve recruitment targets.
- Ensure job descriptions and interview frameworks accurately reflect role requirements.
- Evaluate candidate suitability while maintaining fairness and alignment with organizational standards.
- Provide timely and transparent updates to candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep candidates engaged until onboarding through consistent communication and relationship-building.
- Utilize previous applicant pools and talent databases to strengthen recruitment outcomes.
