Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day repair, maintenance, and vendor activities for properties/projects.
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with company standards, and resolve escalations.
  • Coordinate and supervise property repair, maintenance, and renovation work.
  • Ensure timely execution of service requests, complaint resolutions, and repair works.
  • Maintain proper documentation for vendor agreements, service logs, and billing records.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules and track completion.
  • Work closely with internal departments (finance, operations, facility management) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vendor management, repair & maintenance, or facility/property management.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of building maintenance systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.
  • Ability to handle multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and vendor management software.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
