Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer based in Gurugram, India. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks, including equipment upkeep, performing preventive maintenance, and diagnosing and repairing malfunctions. Additional responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient functioning of machinery, minimizing downtime, and optimizing equipment performance to meet production goals. Collaboration with the engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
  • Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues
  • Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and planning maintenance schedules
  • Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and handling electrical equipment
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering fields
  • Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
