Business Development Executive – Water & Wastewater Treatment

Location: Banglore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2+ years in water/wastewater treatment

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Business Development Executive with hands-on knowledge of Water and Wastewater Treatment Processes to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving the company's sales targets across STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and UF systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in water and wastewater treatment.
  • Research prospective accounts in target markets and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
  • Manage and execute marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on proposals and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Provide client-focused solutions and maintain a professional rapport. Technical & Market Expertise:
  • Conduct technical audits and performance evaluations of STP, WTP, ETP, RO, and UF plants.
  • Offer technical insights and recommendations during client discussions and proposals.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to stay updated with the latest trends and expand the network.
  • Perform detailed market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. Strategic Planning & Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate financial projections, sales forecasts, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and tender documents.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business development plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering .
  • 2+ years of experience in business development within water/wastewater treatment industry.
  • Strong understanding of treatment processes including STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and UF systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client visits and events. What We Offer:
